Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final; however, we want you to be a happy and returning customer so if you feel you have made a terrible mistake you cannot live with, please contact us directly at the email address below and we will assist you with your exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges.
Repairs: All of our items are handcrafted which means they are delicate. If your items require repair, please contact us at the email address listed below. All repair costs begin at $5.00. The final cost will be agreed upon between customer and seller prior to repair completion. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways for repair.
Warranty: Our goal is to provide high quality, handcrafted products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
Jensa Jo's is not responsible for damaged or lost items after the time of purchase.
