Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service, first class mail with tracking unless otherwise requested. Upgrades to shipping such as priority and express are available upon request. Customer is responsible for any additional charges associated with shipping upgrades. Jensa Jo's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
